The following conditions apply when you book travel arrangements through Công Ty Du Lịch Travel Viet (“Travel Viet”, “we”, “us”), in addition to our Terms & Conditions and the terms of the relevant suppliers.
Deposits and final payment
A deposit is usually required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before travel. Exact amounts and due dates will be confirmed in writing for your trip.
Ticket issuance — confirming your travel dates
When tickets are issued, you confirm that the travel dates are correct and agreed. Please check all names, dates and flight times carefully before tickets are issued, as this is the point at which your itinerary is locked in. Once tickets have been issued, any changes — including changes to dates, times, routing or names — will incur costs. These may include airline change fees, fare differences and our service fee, and some tickets are non-changeable or non-refundable altogether. We will always tell you the costs before making any change on your behalf.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, supplier cancellation fees and any service fees may apply. We will always tell you the costs before making changes on your behalf. Some arrangements may be non-refundable once booked.
Prices
Prices can be affected by factors outside our control, such as exchange rates, taxes and supplier increases, until a booking is fully paid.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, baggage and delays, taken out at the time of booking.
