About our services
Travel Viet provides personalised travel advice and helps arrange travel to Vietnam and the surrounding region, including itineraries, flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, visa and passport assistance, and additional baggage where requested. The advice we give is offered in good faith based on our knowledge and experience.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change and to availability until a booking is confirmed and any required deposit is paid. Once you confirm a booking, the terms and cancellation policies of the relevant suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators and others) will also apply, and we will make these known to you.
Payments
Payment terms, deposits and due dates will be set out at the time of booking. Some supplier fees and charges may be non-refundable.
Third-party suppliers
Many travel services are delivered by independent third-party suppliers. While we choose our partners carefully, Travel Viet acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts, errors or omissions of those suppliers. Their own terms and conditions will apply to the services they provide.
Travel documents, visas and insurance
You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visas and any health requirements are valid and met for your trip. We can assist with Vietnam visa and passport paperwork, but final responsibility rests with the traveller. We strongly recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Travel Viet is not liable for any loss, delay, injury or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failures, weather, or changes to travel arrangements.
